They all start from the same place, some original Etrog like these one:    or  

Then they are germinated and put into seeder trays:

When they are ready (usually they are 2-6 inches tall), they get replanted into 1 gallon pots:

These are no longer available but were $18. They are up to 6 inches tall.

When they are about 6 months old they look like the tree on the left (usually they are 6-15 inches tall): These are no longer available but were $36.
 
When they are about 10-12 months old they look like the tree on the right (usually they are 18 - 24+ inches tall): These are no longer available but were $54.
