·          Managed wireless infrastructure for the Lotusphere Berlin conference, included device vendors, network carriers,

phone and PDA applications and distribution to invited CEO’s and IBM/Lotus executives.

·          Produced curriculum, demonstrations and documentation for training the sales and technical staff.

  • Managed staff of 30 oversaw 25 servers in 22 countries running Lotus Notes R3-4.
  • Reliability improved from 25% to 93% across the communications infrastructure.

  • Managed over 350 mail and application servers for 3,000 local users and over 30,000 users worldwide.
  • Planned and implemented a Disaster Recovery Program that was in use after 9/11.
  • Managed emergency support site after a building fire gutted five trading floors.
  • Beta testing site for Lotus Notes software (R2, R3).
